Phase Transition Coaching is designed to support you as you navigate major life and career changes. Whether you’re taking on the opportunity of a lifetime, transitioning to retirement, or facing any significant change, this coaching helps you adapt, find new purpose, and thrive in your new phase of life.

What's The Process?

1. Discovery Session:

We begin with an in-depth discovery session to understand how the change is affecting you. This includes exploring the specific challenges you are experiencing, such as self-doubt, imposter syndrome, fear of failure, or changes in identity. We also assess where you might be in the grief/change cycle.

2. Personalised Coaching Plan:

Based on the discovery session, we develop a tailored coaching plan to address your specific needs and challenges. This may include breakthrough coaching sessions, validation of your feelings, reframing perspectives, fostering self-acceptance, and implementing strategies to help you navigate the change cycle effectively.

3. Emotional and Psychological Support:

Throughout the coaching process, you will receive continuous emotional support. This includes text and email support whenever you need to talk, ensuring you have someone who believes in you and understands what you’re experiencing.

4. Empowerment and Strategy Development:

As you work through your challenges, we focus on empowering you to embrace your new role or life stage. This involves building confidence, developing new skills, and creating strategies to help you move forward with resilience and optimism.

5. Ongoing Support and Adjustment:

The coaching plan includes regular check-ins to adjust strategies as needed and ensure you are making progress. This ongoing support helps you stay on track and feel supported throughout your transition.

 

6. Tapering Off and Long-Term Support:

As you begin to feel more empowered and confident in your new phase, the frequency of coaching sessions will taper off. However, we ensure you continue to feel supported for as long as you need someone in your corner, providing a safety net as you fully transition and thrive in your new role.​​

How I Work?

Chemistry Call:

Most of the time, we'll start with a quick chat on the phone or via email to ensure we're a good fit for each other. This just entails giving me a rough idea of what you're dealing with and what you're hoping I can help you achieve. It will also give you a sense of whether you feel I'm the right coach for you. 

Free 45-Minute Discovery Session:

If we're a good fit, we will jump on a 45 minute discovery session via Zoom (also free), where we will discuss your goals and outcomes, obstacles and timescales in more depth and make a plan. I'll have a good sense of what needs to be done and a rough idea of how many hours it's going to take. We can also work out logistics of whether to work face to face at your location, virtually or outdoors at my location. 

If you want to go fast:

Some clients choose to have an intensive few of days together in person, This could either be in the North Devon wilderness or at your location, perhaps if you're on location or mid-high-stakes situations, such as tournaments, competitions etc. Virtual is just as effective so that's often the quickest and easiest option. It's just a matter of preference and logistics. ​

 

If you want to go slower:

You can opt for a series of 2-hour sessions spread out over a number of days, weeks or months. Usually these will be via Zoom unless you're local to North Devon. ​

Pay-as-you-go:

If you prefer to keep things flexible, you can book sessions as and when you would like, or you can book a package.​

Packages:

Packages include a number of hours of coaching, plus email and phone support. The hourly rate tends to be lower for package bookings and the email support is included. This will be set out for you to decide after your discovery call. To give you a rough idea, most packages will be a four to five figure investment. If you have a budget, let me know asap, so that we can find a solution that will work within that.
